This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT professional eager to develop their career within a dynamic and growing Managed Services Provider. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for client systems. Manage and resolve complex IT issues related to servers, networks, and cloud services. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support IT infrastructure projects. Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs. Essential Experience: Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support position. Proficient in Office 365 administration. Hands-on experience with network devices, including switches, firewalls, and routers. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and virtualisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V). Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £40k to £55k.
