This is an exciting opportunity to join the People & Culture Systems Team at East Kent as an e-Rostering Implementation Officer.
The e-Rostering Team is responsible for supporting all staff groups across the Trust to progress through the e-Rostering Levels of Attainment as set out by NHSE, providing assistance to our staff with any second-line, more complex queries relating to e-Rostering and e-Expenses and also providing comprehensive training to new and existing users of both systems.
This comes at an exciting time for the team as we are beginning the process of implementing Medics with e-Rostering, rolling out app functionality with Loop and utilising further system functionality to ensure quality improvement across all staff groups.
Main duties of the job
1. Supporting the e-Rostering & e-Expenses System Manager and Deputy Head of People & Culture Services in the further development of Optima, including the roll out of Activity Manager to both Medics and AHPs.
2. Provide second line support for users by resolving/assisting them with their more complex queries relating to both the e-Rostering and e-Expenses systems.
3. Providing comprehensive training to both new and existing users on a variety of e-Rostering modules as required.
4. Working closely with leaders, managers and other staff to ensure the e-Rostering system is being used efficiently and effectively.
