Where does this role fit in? As our Senior Technology Delivery Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and our technology solutions. Working closely with the Head of Technology Delivery, you will lead a team of Technology Delivery Partners, responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology applications, services, and products. Your strategic approach will ensure that our technology initiatives align with our broader organisational objectives, contributing to our ongoing innovation and operational excellence. What’s great about the role? This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our Technology Delivery roadmap, leading projects from conception to deployment. You’ll collaborate with diverse business units, act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, and champion user-centric technology solutions. You’ll not only lead a team but also drive technology adoption and change, ensuring our organisation remains ahead of market trends and equipped with the right technology solutions. What Skills and Experience do you need? Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams in a technology environment. Expertise in capturing detailed user stories and translating them into actionable requirements. Strong understanding of service design and user experience (UX) techniques. Experience managing end-to-end product or system lifecycles. Strategic thinking and the ability to build strong business partnerships. Familiarity with Agile practices, service design methodologies, and change management principles. Technical know-how, including experience with Freshservice, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Why Pobl Group?
