Within this role, you will be working with a team of knowledge professionals to coordinate the training and knowledge needs of our lawyers and clients across our global network. You will be involved in a variety of activities, providing you with an exceptional experience and the opportunity to develop diverse skills. Our Finance knowledge team has grown in the last year and is intrinsic to the success of our global Finance practice. We are looking for additional resource to help us deliver an even better service for our lawyers and our clients.

* Monitoring, collating and managing feedback from lawyers on our extensive database of precedents.
* Preparation of packs of documents for our twice-yearly trainee induction and once-yearly newly qualified lawyer inductions. Attending to practical arrangements including hotels, travel arrangements, food and restaurant bookings and liaising with speakers.
* Monitoring staff changes (i.e. leavers, joiners, changes) and maintaining team sheets as well as access to internal and external platforms.
* Building MS forms feedback questionnaires for inductions or training needs, collating and distributing output to PDL team.
* Supporting the knowledge lawyers with simple research tasks.
* Arranging travel for our knowledge lawyers and processing expenses.
* Working with fee earners across the Firm’s global network, providing guidance and advice on where to find information and issues with precedents etc.
