Lleoliad gwaith: Adnoddau Anableddau
Mae’r Tîm Plant ag Anableddau yn cefnogi plant ag anableddau yn eu cartrefi eu hunain neu yn y gymuned.
Byddwch yn cynorthwyo plant â gweithio tuag at sicrhau canlyniadau. Gall hyn gynnwys darganfod gweithgareddau iddynt eu mynychu o fewn eu cymunedau lleol, deall ymddygiadau herio a gweithio tuag at strategaethau cytunedig, dechrau datblygu sgiliau byw’n annibynnol ar gyfer y dyfodol. Cynllunio a darparu gweithgareddau creadigol drwy chwarae a hybu sgiliau i ryngweithio ag eraill.
Mae dyletswyddau eraill yn cynnwys cynorthwyo defnyddwyr gwasanaeth na allant fod yn gwbl gyfrifol am eu hanghenion personol eu hunain. Gallai hyn gynnwys codi a chario.
Mae parodrwydd i weithio ar eich menter eich hun, cymryd cyfrifoldeb a rheoli unrhyw heriau mewn modd priodol yn hanfodol, yn ogystal ag ymwybyddiaeth o’r materion sy’n effeithio ar bobl ag anableddau.
Oherwydd natur darpariaeth y gwasanaeth bydd gofyn gweithio oriau anghymdeithasol, a thelir yn ychwanegol am hyn.
