* Support staff through inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and day-to-day guidance, ensuring alignment with policies, including Safeguarding.
* Lead team meetings, fostering communication between staff and senior management to promote innovative practices.
* Ensure staff adhere to the Code of Conduct, meeting individual and team goals, while supporting policy reviews and development.
* Promote positive relationships with partners and referral agencies, including those working with minority groups.
* Implement Juno's Equality and Diversity policy, integrating equality's and human rights into team work.
* Gather and use Survivor feedback to enhance service delivery.
* Act as the designated Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Support volunteer integration and ensure their effectiveness within the team.
* Stay up to date on training, sharing relevant knowledge with the team.
Management Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to Juno's performance evaluation, working with the Performance and Information Manager.
2. Maintain records and ensure timely reporting for monitoring purposes.
