A growing Burgess Hill organisation is looking to recruit a full-time permanent HR Administrator.
Description
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Collating operational information
2. Onboarding new starters
3. Booking and recording holidays
4. Logging new enquiries via email into the system
5. Sending data and literature packs
6. Sending contracts and chasing responses
7. Adding in correct information and researching information for documents
8. Ensuring all information is correct
9. Coordinating interviews
Profile
1. Previous personnel experience
2. CIPD studying or similar
3. Confidentiality
Job Offer
£30-35,000
5 days a week in office, 20 days holidays, Auto Enrolment Pension, Healthcare
