As a Lead GPS Workplace & Facilities you will be a key member of the EMEA GPS Supply Chain team with the responsibility for developing the Workplace and Facilities operational planning for the Distribution Center (DC) located in Corby UK. The ambition is clear: to operate the iconic omnichannel DC encompassing the best innovation, automation and workplace design. To be full ready, in this role you will, together with the GPS Global Center of Excellence and with the EMEA based GPS Supply Chain team, develop and implement the workplace strategy. As an experience FM professional, you have a proven track record in leading strategic partners and suppliers, ensuring that they are set up for success in operating Nike's inspiring workplace with world-class Logistics, services and access to sports. We also look for a teammate that can effectively establish positive relationships within the Nike Global Places and Services (GPS) team and other cross-functional teams to integrate and implement enterprise strategies collectively onsite and in the European Logistics Network. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? - Manage strategic technical and workplace services partners to drive value for Nike by using contract management and well-defined KPI's - Lead a preventive and curative maintenance program for all technical services on site - Develop a detailed and thorough understanding on the facility services operating model with a specific focus on facility management, food and nutrition offering, sport services and meetings & events, in collaboration with the GPS COE's and peers. - Build budget administration for operational excellence and focused productivity - Collect key data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise strategy, as well as relevant programming - Implements and drives GPS strategic workplace programming and technologies - Implements new processes and programs to increase efficiency and overall value to the organization. - Leads all efforts to make the workplace even more sustainable, minimizing Nike's environmental impact and to achieve Nike´s purpose targets - Develops and maintains relationships with key business partners to develop and advance the workplace experience on Campus. Stakeholders include but are not limited to Distribution Leadership Teams, HR, Communications, Technology, Procurement, Security, Legal, Resilience, etc. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? Reporting to the Director GPS in EMEA Logistics, you will implement the workplace strategy on the UK Distribution center location. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, manage business relationships and execute on workplace initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders within Nike and are the GPS responsible advocating for the workplace of the future and collecting insights to drive innovation. WHAT YOU BRING: - BA, BSc or BEng with proven work experience in operations management within the Facilities Management/Hospitality Industry/Distribution centers - Demonstrated experience leading strategic partners and supplier management - Full understanding of Facilities and Compliance Management - from Technical Maintenance Management, M&E Project Management to Workplace Soft Services Management - Proven ability to implement FM Strategy to location - Ability to influence business partners across all levels of the organization - Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English with competence to articulate complex business concepts - Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize tasks of competing priority - Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities - Knowledge of BMS, EMS and FMIS systems - A team player aiming for shared success - Financial and business acumen The role will be based in the UK (Corby) with occasional travel to our offices in Amsterdam and Belgium.
