Quantity Surveyor
Day-to-day tasks include:
* Procuring and letting subcontractor packages
* Preparing and managing CVRs
* Approving subcontractor payments
* Managing final accounts
* Collaborating with Buyers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and snag-free
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects up to 20M
* Confident in take-offs and remeasures
* Passionate about construction with a desire to learn and progress
* Previous experience working for a main contractor preferred
