Key responsibilities as Sales Manager:
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales activity targets.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline with a focus on exceeding revenue goals.
* Proactively engage with customers and prospects to generate interest in our solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to quotations and post-sale account management.

Key requirements as Sales Manager:
* Educated to degree level in a STEM subject or equivalent.
* Successful track record selling capital equipment or industrial products.
* Proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships.
* Flexible to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
