This role will be a pivotal part to the customer service team – and this team is an absolutely fantastic one to be a part of! Salary: Dependant on experience
Main duties:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and their key accounts
Manage and resolve a wide range of account queries
Improve and develop the service offered to clients
Communicate any billing issues from managing agents to the billing team
Managing data and reporting on this
Looking at competitor trends and reporting this to senior management
Supporting back office with after sales support and customer care
Attend off site client meetings
Person specification:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with Excel and Outlook skills
Able to work as part of a team and individually
Industry experience (ideal)
Account management experience
