Working as part of the Replenishment at Sea team, you will be required to support the delivery of high-quality training to Royal Navy recruits.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
* Maintaining training equipment (electrical and mechanical).
* Assisting with the mechanical maintenance as required.
* Acting as a line handler/winch driver during Replenishment at Sea (RAS) operations.
* Carrying out basic maintenance tasks on RAS associated equipment, including Working at Height.
* Ensuring sufficient supplies of ready-use spares.
What we’re looking for:
* Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Previous experience of working in a marine and/or military environment.
* Experience of fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing electrical/mechanical equipment.
* Ability to work at height.
* Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.
