Job Description
As a seasoned Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site-based installation and maintenance projects within the Nuclear and Defence sectors. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee site-based installation and maintenance projects in the Nuclear and Defence sectors.
* Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and client requirements.
* Act as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all project phases.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed to technical specifications and within agreed timelines.
* Maintain and update project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience managing projects in highly regulated environments, particularly within the Nuclear and Defence sectors.
* Strong electrical bias with hands-on experience in site installation and maintenance projects.
* A demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
* A solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance, particularly in Nuclear and Defence settings.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain smooth project delivery.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
