We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow through effective marketing solutions.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, booking meetings, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to help expand our customer base.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus upon hitting targets. The role also comes with opportunities for career growth as the company continues to expand.

Duties
- Proactively source and identify potential clients through cold calls and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales B2B role is desirable
- Strong English language skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
