Job Description
Reed Business School is looking for a Student and Client Services Coordinator to join their friendly team in the heart of the Cotswolds (Little Compton).
Overview
This role will support the team leader with various administrative and client-facing tasks including handling student queries, managing course bookings, and working closely with the sales team to drive new business. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a complete understanding of all awarding bodies and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
Student Services
* Employer and Student Coordination: Collaborate with the team leader and performance coach on employer conversations post-initial assessment to confirm all details.
* Course Management: Track and manage student bookings for CIMA/ACCA/AAT and ICAEW when needed on the tracking system.
* Learner Journey Support: Assist students starting at Reed Business School, ensuring they have everything they need and conducting detailed inductions prior to their start date.
* Exam Coordination: Manage exams for CIMA, ACCA, AAT, and ICAEW.
* Exams and Results Management: Update the tracker with results published by the awarding body after exams.
Client Services
* Sales and Business Development: Support incoming enquiries for all awarding bodies and collaborate with the sales team to bring in new business and update Salesforce accordingly.
* Website and Content Management: Ensure all content for Reed Business School on the website is accurate and up to date.
Other duties
* Communication: Respond to email queries via the team email as required.
* Weekend Work: Some weekend work may be required, shared among the admin team, and limited to a few weekends a year.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft and MIS systems
* Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
* Experience of working in a learning environment
* Understanding of the accountancy sector desirable but not necessary.
