Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading engineering supplier of Hydraulic products and services.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will focus on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for Hydraulic / MRO products such as hoses, fittings, valves, pumps, cylinders, power packs, and similar Fluid Power related products.

Role Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts for Hydraulic / MRO products.
* Maintain fluid power / MRO product sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
* Work remotely/field based with regular visits to customer sites.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
* Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within mechanical engineering.
* Experience selling fluid power / MRO products such as hoses, fittings, valves, pumps, compressed air, filtration, power transmission, couplings, or similar is advantageous. Full product training provided.
* Hydraulic Service Engineers looking to progress into a Sales role are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed, grow, and bring on new business within the Fluid Power marketplace.
* Full clean driving license.
* Willingness to operate remotely with travel to customer sites across the UK when required.
