What challenges can you expect?
* You will advise end customers/operators regarding all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary).
* Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and a proposed solution.
* Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on a weekly basis.
* Coordinate/analyze safety issues related to the after-sales service and preparation of the necessary documentation and certification.
What do we expect from you?
* You have completed an engineering degree and have an appropriate level of experience.
* 3 years of experience in the field of Energy Technology.
* Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
* Language skills: business fluent in English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
* Knowledge, experience, and a good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be considered and evaluated as a plus.
