Job Overview
Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic and thoughtful Registered Nurse Associate? Can you support your Nursing and Medical team to provide excellent inpatient care for our patients? If so, we are looking for you!
Ashurst ward is an 11-bedded male Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse Associate with a caring, non-judgmental, and inclusive attitude, who is committed to the delivery of safe, high-quality care. Experience in an acute setting would be an advantage but is not essential as we will provide you with all the training required.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
You will be part of a motivated, supportive and cohesive multi-disciplinary Mental Health Team where your contribution is highly important. The team actively promotes a multi-disciplinary approach to the care coordination of our clients.
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Essential criteria
* Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register. Completion of Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
Desirable criteria
* Demonstrated experience
* Ability to travel between sites and to regional meetings. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
* Previous inpatient experience
