SRS Partnership is looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Salesperson to join the existing internal sales team at our client’s East Lothian manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's continued growth and investment, playing a key role in managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management - Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on maintaining relationships and driving repeat business through proactive sales calls.
Sales Collaboration - Work closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the department.
CRM Management - Accurately record and update all relevant market and customer information within the CRM system to track progress and support decision-making.
Production Coordination - Work in tandem with the production department to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Customer Support - Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales or account management role.
