Position: Field Service Engineer / Technician Business Unit: UK Radar & Naval Solutions – Customer Services Location: Enfield, United Kingdom Job Scope: As a Field Service Engineer/Technician, you will provide on-site support for Naval and Commercial vessels, conducting installations, troubleshooting, and acceptance tests worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Travel within the UK and internationally, with short trips (up to 2 weeks). Perform service interventions, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Complete detailed service reports and communicate technical issues to management. Support the Customer Services Technical Helpdesk as needed. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations. Complete required training and be available for overtime when necessary. Requirements: Ability to read technical manuals and knowledge of computer hardware/software and basic networking. Self-motivated with a full driving license and valid passport. Experience in field servicing, preferably in the marine sector. Qualifications: ONC qualification preferred, working towards Tower Climbing & Rescue Certificate. Physical Requirements: Ability to carry a toolkit (up to 10 kg), navigate tight spaces, and work at heights (up to 70 meters).
