We are looking for individuals who want to join our Team at RAF Croughton, UK Apply Now JOB OPENING Title: Family Service Administrator Location: RAF Croughton, UK Start Date: Dec 2024 Job-Type: Full Time SUMMARY Provide service to the Military & Family Readiness Center (MFRC) in support of the Family Services and Sustainment Flight at the Royal Air Force in Croughton, UK. The main responsibility is to coordinate and promote the programs and core services to the Royal Air Force Croughton Community. QUALIFICATIONS Capable of communicating effectively in English. Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills are essential. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. JOB DESCRIPTION Administer and coordinate MFRC programs. Coordinate classes, seminars, and workshops. Key programs include Camp Kudos Annual Event, Newcomers Family Support Information, Employment Assistance, and Personal Financial Readiness Services. Deliver professional and courteous customer service. Maintain records of all services provided to the community under the Family Services Program and keep them up to date. Assist customers in completing paperwork to register for classes, programs, events, and volunteering opportunities. Post and maintain the Spouse’s social media page to promote MFRC programs. Coordinate and route all budget requirements related to Community Readiness through the Sustainment and Family Service Flight Chief. Responsible for attending Fire and Safety training. Additional Information Only individuals currently (or soon to be) located within commuting distance of RAF Croughton will be considered.
