Business Development Manager - Road Freight
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Commission + Car Allowance/Company Car
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Manage your Own Diary

My client is offering a fantastic package to help grow their business and Freight Forwarding sector within the UK. The right candidate will be an experienced and fully established sales-person who has worked previously for a UK based Freight Forwarder and has the ability to bring on accounts and business with knowledge and experience with Road Freight.
Established and tenacious Operators and Account Managers, with road freight experience, who are looking to progress their career in Sales will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent freight forwarding services.
2. To generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit.
3. Be the forefront of the companies' development by promoting the business to new and existing clients.
Requirements:
1. Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development Manager Experience is Essential.
2. Experience working for a freight forwarding company.
3. Knowledge and experience within Freight Forwarding is Essential.
4. Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence.
