Your Impact: As a HR Trainee, you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various People functions to ensure the smooth running of our personnel operations. The Job: Administration Support: inputting, maintaining and updating data in our HR systems ensuring GDPR compliance and safeguards HR records, collating and producing reports. Recruitment Support: supporting all aspects of the recruitment cycle, assisting with the onboarding of new employees and organising necessary documentation for seamless integration. Policy and Procedure Compliance: ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and internal policies. Staying informed about industry trends, HR practices and changes in employment legislation affecting HR functions. HR Support: act as primary point of contact providing guidance to employees and managers and escalating issues where necessary. Assisting with employee relations and collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. Benefits: assisting with administration of employee benefits programme, ensuring accurate record keeping and clear communication. HR Projects: contributing to ad hoc HR projects and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the HR function suggesting effective solutions. The Person: CIPD Level 3 or similar qualification. Interested in developing their HR career. Strong communication and organisation skills. Able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Hands-on HR admin experience. Good IT skills. Knowledge of HR systems would be beneficial. Tackle multiple tasks smoothly, even under pressure and priorities are balanced.
