Job Title: French & Spanish Customer Service Advisor (trilingual)
Location: Greater London Area
Position: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, hybrid (2 days per week WFH after training)
Salary: £27,500 per annum (plus discretionary annual bonus)
Our leading and innovative client based in the Greater London Area is looking for a French & Spanish Customer Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers regarding product orders, queries and returns via email, chat and social media for the EMEA region.

As the French & Spanish Customer Service Advisor, you will:
10. Support EMEA customers with order and product queries mainly via email, live chat, and social media
11. Assist customers with the returns process and proactively update customers on their return status
12. Provide first-line technical support to customers relating to company products

If you’re fluent in French, Spanish and English and have previous Customer Service or Administration experience, we’d love to hear from you!
