Responsibilities
1. The main purpose of the role is to be the day-to-day contact for a high-profile client who requires a premium level of service.
2. Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations.
3. Liaising with building managers and our FM team on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
4. Service charge administration.
5. Inspections.
6. Setting up new properties.
7. Negotiation and provision of advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, covenant releases, and the calculation of service charges, and all associated aspects of property management.
8. Provide advice on the market and service charge issues.
9. Provide Landlord and Tenant advice.
10. Provide advice on acquisitions, disposals and general portfolio management assessments.
11. Data entry and record keeping.
12. Liaison with legal advisors as necessary to complete leases and engross documents.
13. Providing managing agent services to derelict and vacant properties.

Qualifications
1. RICS Qualified.
2. Minimum 3 years PQE within Property Management.
3. High degree of commerciality and experience of development business with existing clients.
4. Experience within a professional services environment and working with blue-chip companies.
5. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. High attention to detail.
