Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our New Business Partners team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data intelligence and a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on acquiring new logos and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive new business growth in the data intelligence sector.
* Identify and pursue new logo opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling Experian Data Quality solutions.
* Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports to clients and senior management.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
* Experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the data intelligence industry.
* Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and related technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
