Team Leader (Parks & Open Spaces)

The Parks & Open Spaces Team are looking to recruit to this post within its ambitious team. We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant skills and experience to deliver a wide range of grounds maintenance operations.
Grass, shrub and hedge maintenance is the primary function therefore the successful applicant will need to be experienced and able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and have experience in the use of a wide range of horticultural machinery including pedestrian, ride on mowers & tractors.
You will have a proven track record in managing teams, include leading and motivating ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, customer service excellence and a quality service.
Chainsaw CP30/31 Pesticide PA1/PA6, IOSH or equivalent and a full driving licence with C1E + CPC are essential.
