Position Overview
London South East Academies Trust are looking for an ambitious, talented and passionate English Teacher who is keen to be part of an inspirational and committed team taking on the challenge of leading East Sussex Academy on a journey of rapid improvement.
An English Teacher is required within the team to teach English at KS3 and KS4. Class sizes are small with a maximum of 8 students and are fully supported with Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors.
Responsibilities
1. Teach English at KS3 and KS4.
2. Drive and achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for all learners.
3. Collaborate with the team to improve educational practices.
Qualifications
This role welcomes Teachers who want to play a key role in being part of the Academy’s success story from either a mainstream or specialist education background with exceptional Teaching and Learning skills and a passion to provide the best education possible for all learners.
