This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Account Manager and Contract Support, contributing to a newly won 10-year contract.
Role Overview:
1. Position: Permit Coordinator
2. Location: Cardiff, Shopping Centre
3. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
4. Team Size: 10
Key Responsibilities:
1. Issue permits to contractors and vendors
2. Conduct site checks and inspections
3. Manage and log work orders
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
