HR Coordinator - Doncaster - from £30-35k
Our client is at the beginning of a very exciting rebuild following an international merger. To fully maximise their potential, they need to build a strong foundation, a pivotal part of this is Human Resources. They are therefore seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support to both employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination and administration of time and attendance through the HR system.
2. Analysing Human Resource metrics and comparing results to key performance indicators, providing reports to the management team.
3. Provide support on disciplinary and grievance issues, attending meetings when necessary.
4. Administration of recruitment, including writing and posting job adverts, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
5. Arrange all pre-employment checks, including DBS applications, verifying ID documentation, checking professional registrations and referrals to occupational health.
6. Support with the preparation of new employment documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, training agreements and induction plans.
Qualifications:
1. CIPD Level 3 in People Practice/Degree equivalent or working towards is desirable.
2. Basic understanding of laws and disciplinary procedures.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Be interested in and developing both your understanding of the fundamentals of employment law.

2. Analytical, a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
4. Able to work with diplomacy and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
