Location: Winchester - hybrid role with 3 days in the office Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per Annum Job Type: Full-time, 6 month fixed term contract Company: 345 Technology The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising our marketing efforts. Your creative thinking and data-driven mindset will ensure you can effectively manage campaigns across various digital channels to achieve business objectives. Digital Campaign Management Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote 345 AIR’s services and solutions. Coordinate campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Content Creation and Management Produce creative and engaging content and SEO-optimised content, including blogs, videos, and case studies. Manage and update the company’s website(s) to ensure an excellent user experience. Social Media Management Create and schedule posts across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness. Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement. SEO and SEM Optimization Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns and analyse ROI. Analytics and Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure campaign performance. Prepare reports to track KPIs and suggest improvements based on insights. Collaboration Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools. Personal skills: You are passionate about digital marketing and highly motivated to achieve results. Excellent use of English including the ability to write, edit and review marketing copy. Excellent ability to create images, documents and other media that are visually appealing. Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, plan and deliver solutions to a variety of marketing situations. You love data, and can demonstrate attention to detail to make sure that we market the right messages at the right time to the right companies and individuals. Technical skills: CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot. Setting up and managing paid marketing campaigns, especially in Google and LinkedIn. Website editing, especially WordPress.
