Technical Account Manager - Fire Alarm Systems / Life Safety
Location: West of South East, mainly with some National clients.
Benefits:
* Salary: c. £55,000
* Commission/Earnings expected: c. £70,000 - £100,000

Role Overview:
* General Fire Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of fire systems, including extinguishers, suppression, compartmentation, and Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs). Focus is on Fire Alarms, but knowledge of related disciplines in the fire industry is essential.
* Relationship Building: Strong relationship builder who becomes the go-to adviser for fire-related matters.
* Account Management: Experience managing large key accounts such as hospitals, shopping centres, and large commercial clients.
* Sales Closing: Ability to close sales and complete deals, including conducting surveys.
* Organisation/Admin/IT Skills: Ability to manage a busy role and produce performance/progress reports using MS Excel.
* Project Management: Understanding of project management delivery.
* Financial/Commercial Awareness: Understanding the financial objectives of the role.
* Technical/Fire Alarm Design: Qualified FIA in design or equivalent experience in fire detection design, with a background in designing fire systems and large project costing.
