Duties include:
* Providing administration support to all areas of the business, including daily, weekly and monthly tasks
* Data entry and management of data in CRM system
* Onboarding new customers (partners)
* Complaint handling and management
* Call external customers to gather feedback and insights
* Updating contact information for customers and venders
* Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
* Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
Excellent attention to detail with numerical data
