Salary: £59,727 per year
Hours: 5 per week (Friday)
Gracemount High School is a non-denominational secondary school with a roll of just over 600 pupils which serves the community of Southeast Edinburgh. The school was founded in 1959 as a junior secondary school and since the late 1960s has been a fully comprehensive six-year high school.
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Pupil Support Leader with a passion for making a difference and impacting positively on our community and on young people's lives. The candidate must have a strong commitment to inclusion, school improvement and understand the challenges of working in an area of significant deprivation. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
