Job Description Regulatory and Compliance Intelligence Officer As the Regulation and Quality Intelligence Officer, your main responsibility will be analysing data across systems, creating reports for the Board, Executive Board and Senior Management Team, on a monthly, weekly, daily and ad hoc basis. You will support the Quality Team to prepare for internal and external Inspections by producing data packs. You will also monitor and report on the completion of internal audits and assessments of visits undertaken by the Quality Auditors and Heads of Quality. Key Responsibilities Monitoring weekly internal regulatory reports and analysing activity undertaken by the Quality Team and others Monitor statutory notifications, safeguarding referrals, incident reporting, flag under-reporting, and report on emerging trends and themes Review Nourish, Radar, Camascope and other data systems, provide analysis to key stakeholders on key trends and risks. Provide data to and chase completion of outstanding incident reports? on behalf of, Senior Management, escalating concerns to the Head’s of Quality and the Chief Quality and Risk Officer Produce summary reports of internal quality improvement reviews Prepare data packs at short notice for regulatory and internal inspections. Managing and monitoring of data and analysis reporting to the Senior Management team, Executive Board and Board Team as required Identify information requirements and interpret and analyse qualitative and quantitative data from internal, local, and national sources to produce Board, Executive Board and Senior Management Team reports Analyse internal regulatory reports and external regulatory inspection reports to identify trends in non-compliance Monitor, research, and review external developments with regulators and across the health / social care sector Review Radar, Nourish, Camascope and the NCG Incident Management system and key health and safety data to identify concerns and trends Ensure information used in analysis is current, timely, robust, and quality assured Monitor external regulator websites to provide inspection data for internal corporate reporting Monitor and provide management information on Service Risk profile changes Other Support the wider Quality Team, Operational Directors and other key stakeholders with analysis and reporting requirements Prepare other ad hoc reports as required Attend Quality Business Reviews, Restraint Reduction Network and other key data meetings as required. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Possess exceptional analytical skills and the capability to handle and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
