About You: You have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. You are patient, kind, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You are able to work effectively as part of a team. You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the needs of individual children. Experience of working with children in a school setting is desirable. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable but not essential. Your Role: To support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. To provide one-on-one and small group support to children with varying needs. To assist with the preparation of resources and classroom activities. To help create a safe and stimulating learning environment. To support children's social and emotional development.
