Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on optimising efficiency, quality, and safety within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to integrate new processes and materials.
