Your new role In your new role of HR Administrator, you will be undertaking a maternity contract that will start initially at 9 months but could be extended dependent on performance and business needs. Working as part of a small team, you will be required to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Duties and responsibilities will include - - General administration supporting wider team- New starter processes- Completing change of details- Updating the in-house system with all contractual updates- Supporting on monthly payroll- Processing job advert- Completing compliance checks- End-to-end Onboarding in recruitment process- General project work where required- Data integrity/migration from Excel to an in-house system- Mail merge - sending out correspondence - email, letter, phone What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Administrator who ideally has previous experience in an HR team, although this is not essential. You will pride yourself on providing a first-class administration service and must have a high attention to detail. The role requires you to work as part of a team but also autonomously work to numerous deadlines at once. The role is offered on a part-time or full-time basis (part-time - 4 days per week - 29 hours) (full-time - 5 days per week - 36.25). The full-time equivalent salary is £28,628, and you will be offered a 9-month FTC contract initially covering maternity. This role could be extended dependent on performance and business needs. The role offers flexible working with core hours of 10am-4PM and you will be able to work 1 day from home upon completion of a training period. You will have 33 days' holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays.
