About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Panel Vice Chair. As a key member of our panel, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions, ensuring effective decision-making, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate panel meetings, promoting open discussion and constructive debate.
* Ensure that all decisions made by the panel are informed, fair, and respectful.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
* Proven experience in a similar role or related field, with a strong understanding of child welfare and safeguarding principles.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when needed.

* An annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience), plus additional remuneration for substitute chair duties.
