Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Preparation of UK budget and forecasts including supporting analysis and commentary Engage with the business and the wider finance team to create best-in-class analysis/reporting and resulting Management information, delivering meaningful insights to decision makers Build a deep understanding of the commercial and operational drivers behind the UK's performance. Track costs & revenues; focus on analysing segment and customer profitability. Working with commercial team on pricing, suppliers and margin development. Will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5 years PQE. Have strong commercial instincts, with a proven track record of achievement in FP&A/Commercial roles. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential. Be comfortable in challenging situations, including challenging upwards/ Be familiar with supporting several business units with commercial analysis, budgets & forecasts etc. Multi-site experience is advantageous. Be personable and proactive with excellent communication skills - the successful candidate will be in contact with a broad range of employees. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong ERP, BI and Excel skills. You will also have a natural drive not to stand still and a desire to deliver continuous improvement. You will play a key part in shaping the future strategic budget and forecast for the business.
