Job Title: Locum Senior I npatient P hysiotherapist Banding : Band 6 Start date: ASAP Duration: 5months Location : Derby Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Rate : £ 2 0 - £ 27 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our Medicine Therapy team at Derby. This role involves providing advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients on Medicine/Winter Pressure wards, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective discharge planning. What will your responsibilities be: As a Locum Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team within the Trust. Your primary responsibilities will include providing physiotherapy services to patients on Medicine/Winter Pressure wards, conducting advanced assessments and treatments, and offering specialist advice and support to other professionals regarding patient management. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your role will also involve contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC registration Significant experience in acute inpatient wards Proven discharge planning experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Why work with Pulse?
