to be an integral part of our passionate team at Number Sixteen Hotel. As the
Operations Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, playing a
pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our prestigious
establishment.

Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, overseeing all aspects of
hotel operations including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office,
Housekeeping, and the Kitchen. Your ambition and flexibility will be key
as you navigate various scenarios and situations, ensuring smooth
operations at all times.
* Maintain a keen eye on service standards,
ensuring that every guest interaction exceeds expectations. Your superb
attention to detail will drive the team towards delivering exceptional
standards consistently.
* Inspire and motivate our operational team with
your strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of excellence,
resilience, and a drive for perfection.
* Take charge of hotel security across all
departments, conducting regular health and safety checks to guarantee a
safe environment for both guests and staff.
* Cultivate strong and professional
relationships with our guests, acting as a liaison between them, the
General Manager, and the operational team. Be the first point of contact
for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
* Handle any incidents or accidents involving
guests or team members with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift
resolution and minimal disruption to the guest experience.
* Provide operational support to all departments
as needed, fostering collaboration and teamwork across the hotel.
What you Need:
* Previous experience as a Head of Department or
Duty Manager within a 5-star hotel.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written.
* Superb attention to detail and a passion for
delivering exceptional standards.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills to
inspire your team.
* Resilience and drive to achieve excellence,
even under pressure.
* Desirable: Previous knowledge of Micros and
Opera.
