Our client, a progressive and independently owned professional services firm, is seeking a skilled Administration Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team in their Tamworth office.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality services to clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing databases, onboarding clients, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
You will also handle general office duties such as answering telephones, meeting and greeting clients, and managing post and stationery orders.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an office environment, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of accountancy, financial or professional services is desirable but not essential.
You should possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
