The role of a Branch Assistant:
1. Work together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
2. Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
3. Have a can-do/will-do attitude and be able to work within a small team.
4. Assist with health and safety compliance.
5. Be competent with multi-drop deliveries.
6. Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
7. Provide cover in the branch when required.
8. Consider both full and part-time hours.
Our ideal Branch Assistant:
1. Have a friendly, welcoming attitude and the energy and passion required to deliver what our customers need.
2. Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
3. Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift truck license would be preferable, but if not, training will be provided.
4. Possess good organizational skills and be IT literate.
5. Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience. Full training will be provided.
6. Have previous driving experience as the role involves deliveries/driving.
