We're looking for a people-focused Customer Service Manager to inspire and lead our branch team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role is all about the people, both in our branch and in our community, and is an up to 12-month secondment. The role is empowered to make local decisions, taking full ownership of the engagement, performance, and development of the team to support the diverse community it serves.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the branch is loved locally by understanding the needs of the community and seeking opportunities to make a difference.
2. Delivering customer service that our members love.
3. Leading the team to provide exceptional service to our diverse range of members.
4. Responding to all members visiting the branch and contacting us through telephone, digital, or postal channels.
5. Practicing inclusive leadership to help people feel they belong and can be themselves.
6. Coaching the team and demonstrating role model behavior to show what good looks like in delivering a best-in-class service.
