What you’ll do Being a Compliance Officer is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: Implementing the H&S policy and standards for Production, whilst supporting the management of Health & Safety through best practice. Deliver plans to ensure consistent team engagement by training and auditing safety systems as well as identifying and educating champions. Auditing of the required H&S systems and processes and supporting the delivery of H&S training, for all Production employees, including new starters. Supporting the management on the day-to-day running of the food safety standards throughout Basildon Production and third party licensed and co-packers globally. Ensure specification repository is maintained up to date for Basildon Production and third party licensed and co-packers globally. Reviewing that all key suppliers e.g. green coffee, packaging, waste collection, pest control, recycling, calibration and due-diligence services meet compliance requirements. Supporting the EMS, through training and audit of all production required standards and maintaining achievement of ISO50001.
