Guest Experience Manager - Clayton Hotel Cambridge Clayton Hotel Cambridge have an excellent opportunity for a Guest Experience Manager to join the team and lead our guest experience and work alongside our leadership to drive guest satisfaction and loyality. We are seeking a leader with proven experience in hotels and in a guest focused role. Clayton Hotel Cambridge is a 4 Deluxe hotel, situated in the heart of Cambridge, just a 1 minute walk from the train station and a 10 miniute walk into the city centre. with 160 bedrooms, a extensive resturant and 4 meeting rooms Clayton Hotel Cambridge has a lot to offer an aspiring Guest Experience Manager. Objective of the Role To ensure guest satisfaction both pro-actively and reactively. To increase standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging satisfied guests to put a positive review on TripAdvisor web site. To collate complaints from TripAdvisor, Comment cards and the Optimus report and present these complaints at the weekly complaints meeting. To follow up with dissatisfied guests, offer compensation were required; all of which must be confirmed in writing to the guest. Key Duties and Responsibilities To ensure guest satisfaction both pro-actively and reactively To increase standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging satisfied guests to put a positive review on TripAdvisor web site. To collate complaints from TripAdvisor, Trust You, Comment cards and Optimus reports. Check the Optimus sheet daily. Email a copy of the Complaints sheet to the department heads and discuss what corrective training needs to be carried out.
