Group/Division
SPTS wafer processing solutions include market-leading silicon etch, dielectric etch, dry-release etch, PVD, PECVD and molecular vapor deposition (MVD), available with a range of wafer-handling options applicable to R&D, pilot production, or volume production environments. SPTS is headquartered and has its main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, Pennsylvania. SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Product Management Coordinators are core to KLA; while we do not currently have an opening, we are always building our Product Management community, and we are interested in learning about your background.
Primary Purpose of Role
Working in the recently formed Product Management Operations (PM Ops) team within the SPTS Product Management organization, the Product Management Coordinator (PMC) is responsible for supporting multiple operational aspects of the Product Management function, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic tasks and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Areas of Involvement
Working alongside other Product Management Coordinators, the role will involve extensive interaction with Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and Product Managers.
System Configuration Document (SCD) Coordination
* Slot plan demand tracking
* SCD creation, revision control
* Final checks coordination
* Engineering specials tracking
* Interaction with Variant Configurator (VC) sub-contractors
* I-Deliver input
Sample Demonstration Coordination
* Demo Request Form (DRF) review coordination & respond to sales
* Sample Demo Schedule Host & updates to sales
* Demo Statistics creation for management review
* Live Demo/Factory Visit logistics
RFQ Response Coordination
When sized appropriately, a longer-term objective for the PM Ops team will be to coordinate (and contribute to) review and response of machine specifications along with quote guidance to Sales Operations, releasing Product Managers to focus on more strategic and customer-facing activities.
Knowledge of some of the following would be advantageous:
Some knowledge of Semiconductor Processing equipment would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
The candidate is expected to be familiar with SAP, Powerpoint and Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications
A Degree in engineering or science-related discipline or experience in a related industry would be beneficial though not essential.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
