As Clinical Lead - PIP, youll support and develop an independent team of experienced clinical qualified professionals who deliver comprehensive audits of our PIP suppliers. Your team constructively critiques the quality of health assessments and associated reports, ensuring accurate clinical judgement is fairly applied, in accordance with DWP policy. You will be an active member of the Controls and Assurance Division (CAD) senior leadership team, contributing to wider divisional issues, providing appropriate advice, guidance and influencing best practice with colleagues.
