£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans for each student based on their specific needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support student progress
* Assess student learning and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Needs
* Experience working with students with SEN
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN principles and best practises
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
* Additional training in specific areas of SEN
Working Conditions:
Work in a classroom or educational setting with students with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
